they`re unrealistic and only good to depress us
the so-called beauty industrie earns billions with us
so they want us to hate ourselves

let`s get this self-hatred out of our minds!

we are constantly being devalued
it makes us sick
it kills our self-esteem
we get controlled and opressed with it
we have to break free

let`s take ourselves seriously and support each other
and allow ourselves to talk honestly about these problems
we are all different and beautiful in our own way
and that`s so good!

We can love ourselves
without fear and shame
we`re good the way we are
