Durch deine kranken Verhaltensweisen machst du dir selbst dein Leben noch schwerer, als es dir durch dein Umfeld und die kaputte Gesellschaft bereits gemacht wurde.
Du wiederholst immer wieder die gleichen, schädlichen Muster. Ein auf ab, es zieht dich rein in den Sumpf und wenn du noch kannst, ziehst du dich wieder raus, mal mit kleineren, mal mit größeren Verlusten.
Deine Außenfassade kostet dich die größte kraft, der Rest reicht kaum zum überleben.
In guten Zeiten willst du dir deine verlorene Lebenszeit zurück holen, irgendwie träumst du ja doch von einem Leben ohne ständige Schmerzen und Angst.
Indem du dich selbst unter Druck setzt, zwingst du dich zur Aktion, scheiterst und erreichst deine, absichtlich zu hoch gesetzten, Ziele nicht.
Sabotierst dich selbst und machst dich dafür fertig, so kannst du dir immer wieder deine Unfähigkeit bestätigen.
Du behandelst dich selbst wie ein wertloses Stück Scheiße und glaubst du würdest es nicht anders verdienen.
Lässt dich benutzen, lässt alles zu, kennst keine Grenzen und kein Tabu.

You treat yourself like a worthless piece of shit and you think you would not deserve it otherwise.
